Admission for Grade School and High School

ADMISSION POLICIES

  1. IMC has the right to refuse enrollment even from its old students if the student does not satisfy the minimum academic standard and other related requirements.

  2. Only students with no academic deficiency, behavioral problems shall be accepted for enrollment.

  3. Late enrollment may be allowed only when slots are still available. Enrollment for preferred class schedule is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

For old students: 

  1. Two (2) pcs. most recent 2x2 colored ID picture

  2. Report card from the previous school year

  3. Clearance of accountabilities from the Accounting Department

For Grade 1 transferees:

  1. At least 6 years old by October 31 of the current school year

  2. Applicant must have completed the Preparatory Level

  3. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

  4. Two (2) pcs. most recent 2x2 colored ID picture

  5. Filled up Application and Recommendation Form.  Click here to download.

  6. Report card from previous school duly signed by the Principal

  7. Certificate of Good Moral Character

  8. Will undergo online assessment for evaluation

For Grades 2-6 and High School Grades 7-10 transferees

  1. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

Additional Requirements for Non-Filipino Passport Holders: 

  1. Photocopy of Passport

  2. icard

  3. Alien Certificate of Registration

  4. USD700 Foreign Fee

  5. All school records must be properly authenticated by the Consulate of the Philippine Embassy at the country of origin.

Scholarships and Discounts

Scholarships are granted on a per-year basis, only to deserving students as follows:

  • discount on tuition fee for First Honors

  • discount on tuition fee for Second Honors

  • discount on tuition fee for Third Honors

Full scholarship is given to dependents of Medal of Valor Awardees.

The third and the succeeding siblings of the first two sibling students currently enrolled shall also be given 25% discount on tuition fees. Valid only up to the fifth sibling.

 

GRADE SCHOOL AT IMC          

 The grade school program offers early formation for academic excellence and social responsibility.

Ages: 6-12

SCHEDULE for Grades 1-6 (Online Classes)

AM 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
PM 12:30 AM- 4:30 PM

SCHEDULE for Grades 1-6  (Face to Face Classes if allowed by IATF)

AM Class: 6:40 AM – 11:40 AM
PM Class: 12:00 NN – 5:00 PM

HIGH SCHOOL AT IMC           

The high school program focuses on preparing students for adulthood, which is characterized by transformation physically, emotionally, psychologically and socially.

Ages: 12-18

SCHEDULE for Grades 7-10 (Online Classes)

AM 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
PM 1:00 AM - 5:00 PM

SCHEDULE for Grades 7-10  (Face to Face Classes if allowed by IATF)

Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM
Tuesday - Friday: 7:20 AM – 3:20 PM
Co-curricular: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

*Schedule may vary depending on the recommendation of IATF and DepEd for the SY 2021-2022
