IMC is very proud to recognize and congratulate Matthew Perry Laurel Wamelda who passed the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam. Matthew was a consistent Dean’s Lister at De La Salle University – Manila, where he took up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Major in Transportation. It is worthy to note that Matthew, a loyal IMC student since preschool, was a consistent MTAP winner and Honor Student during his high school years in IMC, amongst other academic pursuits.
